Millie Moore has a love and passion for the impoverished, abused, addicted and the lost. She understands, because from 1975 - 1995 she too, struggled with substance abuse and unhealthy relationships. God strategically used her past, to help equip and cultivate her compassion for His call on her life and in 2017 when she founded “More Outreach Ministries, Inc.”
Her call locally has been to provide housing, life skills, Christian discipleship, and mentorship opportunities. From 2017-2019, she has volunteered as a mental health adviser at “Health Now" Clinic located in Richmond, Ky. and mentored children in “Life Skills” within the local school system. She has served children and adults in Kenya since 2015 with four missions trips; one being long term.
She has served the people in Fayette and Madison County in a variety of ways since 1995.
Millie earned her bachelor’s degree in "Community Health Education" from EKU in 1994, and her Master’s-of-Arts degree in "Mental Health Counseling" from Asbury Theological Seminary in 2017.
